On December 22, 2023, Jin Xin, a member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Ji'an City Federation of Trade Unions, and Ma Huajun, Minister of Economy and Technology, conducted in-depth research on the production and reform work in our company. Liu Pinghong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinggangshan City and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, was accompanied by Luo Guanghui, Executive Vice Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions. The Ji'an City Federation of Trade Unions has gained a deep understanding of the progress and distinctive practices of enterprise industrial reform work through methods such as reviewing materials, listening to reports, and holding meetings. We have fully recognized the achievements of our company's model workers in driving technological innovation.

During this period, Jin Xin, vice chairman of Ji'an Federation of Trade Unions, awarded the honorary medal of "Innovation Studio of model worker and Craftsman Talents in Jiangxi Province" to Tang Zhimin, the "Model Worker in Jiangxi Province" of our company. He hope that under the guidance of the Model Worker Innovation Studio, our company can stimulate innovation and creativity, improve the skills and quality of industrial workers, continuously strengthen the research and development of plastic optical fibers for communication, and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of plastic optical fibers in China.

Finally, specific requirements are put forward for the next step of work: firstly, to continue to play the role of employee innovation and entrepreneurship service stations, from point to surface, enhance the radiation and employment incubation functions of innovation and entrepreneurship service stations, and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees for innovation and entrepreneurship. Secondly, we need to accelerate the creation of a large number of knowledge-based, skilled, and innovative talents through model labor demonstrations, and promote high-quality development of enterprises.
